Intrax Internship Check-In Form

Remember: YOU MUST NOT CHECK-IN BEFORE YOU ARRIVE IN THE USA! If you do so, you will NOT be allowed to enter the country by the immigration authorities.

Instructions

Rules governing the Intrax Internship Program require that you check-in with Intrax directly following your arrival in order to:

Announce your arrival and living address
Activate your health insurance
Active your record in the Student and Exchange Visitor System (SEVIS)

Failure to complete the Check-In process will result in dismissal from the Program, no activation of your health insurance, termination of your program in the SEVIS system and an immediate return home.
