CAREER PREPARATION ACTIVITY

Pre-Arrival Change Fee (any change made before orientation date at Intrax) applies to:

  • any change to accommodations
  • cancellation of accommodations with less than 4 weeks’ notice
  • any change to program dates, schedule selection, program choice
  • any change to airport transfer requests

Post-Arrival Change Fee (any change made on or after orientation date at Intrax) applies to:

  • reduction in selected schedule
  • changes to accommodation placements to move rooms, change host families or change residence clubs
